Restored Wellness & Recovery welcomes referrals from healthcare providers, therapists, counselors, primary care practices, emergency departments, hospitals, treatment programs, community organizations, and other professionals throughout North Carolina.
We provide outpatient psychiatric and addiction medicine services for adults via secure telehealth, with an emphasis on individualized, evidence-based, judgment-free care.
We Accept Referrals For

What Happens Next?
Once a referral is received, our practice will review the information provided and contact the prospective patient regarding next steps.
We welcome referrals for ongoing outpatient care following emergency department, hospital, or treatment program discharge when clinically appropriate.
Acceptance into treatment is based on clinical appropriateness and completion of an initial evaluation.
Collaborative Care
We value collaboration with the professionals already involved in a patient's care. With appropriate patient authorization, Restored Wellness & Recovery can coordinate with referring providers to support continuity of care and treatment goals.
